超音波による厚さ測定方法を規定する JIS Z 2355-1では,超音波厚さ計の調整方法として超音波厚さ計の設定音速が試験体の音速と一致するように調整する手順が示されている。実際に厚さ測定を行う際に,対象が高温物体の場合は,対比試験片を用いた音速の調整が実用上困難であるため,別途取得した音速情報を使用して超音波厚さ計の音速を調整する手法が現実的である。しかしながら,材料の高温での音速変化のデータや,当該手法が適用された事例の報告はあまりなされていない。そこで本報告では, JIS Z 2355-1の規定に従った超音波厚さ測定事例として,配管の保温材下に常設して使用する弊社製の薄膜 UTセンサを用いて高温時の超音波厚さ測定を行った試験結果を紹介する。...
